FAQ
I don't see my size listed, can you still make something for me?
Often, yes! Listed are the sizes currently available for each base shoe from that specific manufacturer. However, we often can find sizes as small as US 2 and as large as US 17. Please use the contact form to discuss.
I wear a men's size 10, what size does that equate to in women's heels?
In most cases, men's sizes can be converted to women's by increasing the number by 2. A men's size 10 translates as a women's size 12. Width can play a factor here as well, please reach out to discuss sizing if you're unsure.
Can I get this product in a different color, heel height, or change in detail?
Almost every design is 100% customizable. If an option is not listed please message us to discuss.
Will the pieces fall off? Do your items break easily?
We use industrial strength materials to bond all items to our pieces. While they are extremely durable, they are not indestructible. It's important to remember that this is wearable art. Typically tools would be required to remove elements, but items that are made of glass or fragile materials (ie crystal prism spears) can break if not handled properly.
Are your shoes suitable for dancers?
We have a vast clientele of dancers who enjoy working in our pieces. Caution is always required for items that contain spikes, crystal, or anything that warrants extra care when wearing.
Can I send you a pair of shoes to work on for me?
We will accept a pair of your personal shoes to create a design. The requirement is that they are new. This is a great option if your size varies between brands, or if they are intended for a special event.
I found an old Zombie Peepshow design on Pinterest. Can you still make it?
There's a plethora of our old designs that circulate across the internet. We are always open to making an archived piece again. Often the base shoe or a vital material is no longer available, and we decide on a case by case basis. Please message us!
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not shipped, we can change the delivery address. Any excess postage needed as a result of the change of address must be fulfilled by you.
